“But I started smoking in JSS 3, and I smoked for 13 years. In university, I was doing about two packs a day,” he said during the discussion.
The episode featured conversations with Banky W and Aproko Doctor, who also shared perspectives on different forms of addiction.
The discussion explored issues such as drug abuse, gambling, pornography addiction, and the psychological reasons many individuals justify destructive habits.
According to Aproko Doctor, many addictions are rooted in the human desire to avoid pain while constantly seeking pleasure and emotional escape.
Ebuka also discussed how betting is frequently defended by people hoping to make quick money despite the risks involved.
Meanwhile, Banky W admitted during the conversation that he once turned to pornography in an attempt to deal with promiscuity.
The discussion further highlighted growing concerns over substance abuse in Nigeria and the role financial interests allegedly play in making the problem difficult to control.
