The man with the X handle @ogbajiifeanyi said the South African police officers had claimed the deceased collapsed and d!ed while jogging but checks on his corpse showed his hands were still in handcuffs.

Ogbaji claimed that nothing incriminating was found on the deceased. He urged the Enugu state government to ensure that the matter is investigated and the deceased gets justice.

This Emeka, from Enugu State. He was tortured to death yesterday by @SAPoliceService

in Pretoria. They quickly took him to the hospital claiming he was jogging and then collapsed, but how can a man be jogging with cuffs as clearly seen here? The mumu hospital didn’t run any check and deposited to the morgue.

Nigerians are not safe, both in Nigeria and outside Nigeria. As usual nothing will come out of this as @abikedabiri will tag him “obingos”.

Please @PNMbah, this guy is from your state, do not allow this to be swept under the carpet.

Not like anything incriminating was found on him.

I will get his full name before end of today,  and where exactly he is from in Enugu State.”’
