Former Rivers State governor, Rotimi Amaechi, has joined the ongoing protest in Abuja demanding the real-time electronic transmission of election results.

The protest, tagged “Occupy National Assembly,” saw Nigerian youths converge at the National Assembly on Monday to oppose the Senate’s rejection of e-transmission of votes.

Recall that Peter Obi also joined the protest earlier.
