Influenced by his father’s career in industrial engineering, these early experiences provided him with a strong foundation and a clear sense of direction. They shaped his understanding of how technology, discipline, and problem-solving could transform industries and improve lives.
As he advanced academically, studying Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering, his passion matured into a clear vision. Nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the engineering field has allowed him to grow from a curious learner into a respected professional. Today, Justus serves as a director and co-founder of a fast-growing engineering and consulting company built on family values, technical excellence, and a commitment to integrity. His organization provides services to clients across all socioeconomic levels, while offering employment and free training opportunities to young people who are interested in learning.
Now recognized as one of the promising new voices in Nigeria’s engineering sector, Justus continues to pursue a bold, long-term goal: building the world’s largest industrial machinery company. His story reflects consistency, resilience, and a deep commitment to progress.
