Nollywood actress and entrepreneur Nkechi Blessing has opened up about a recent dating experience that left her completely uninterested in a man she had been talking to in the United Kingdom.
In a viral video, the actress narrated how the man reached out to ask why she suddenly went silent, unaware that she had just survived a minor car accident that damaged two of her tyres.

According to Nkechi, when she explained that she had been involved in a car mishap, his only response was to ask if she was okay — and then immediately end the conversation.
She said the response shocked her, as she expected someone who claimed to be genuinely interested in her to show concern or at least stay on the call a bit longer.
Nkechi stressed that she never asked him for money or any form of assistance, noting that she had already fixed the tyres herself.
Hours later, when he returned to ask if the problem had been resolved, she simply told him she had already bought two new tyres.

The actress added that she can no longer date a man who expects her to purchase a costly flight ticket to London with the promise of reimbursement upon arrival. According to her, she has evolved beyond such relationship dynamics.
To drive home her point, she compared the man’s behaviour to that of a male friend in Abuja who immediately offered to take care of her hotel arrangements when he heard she was visiting for work. Even when she insisted on paying, he refused — which she described as a clear show of effort.
