A young Nigerian man has taken creativity and determination to a whole new level by renting a massive billboard in Victoria Island, Lagos, all in a bid to get noticed by renowned music producer Don Jazzy.

Bold Move Gains Social Media Attention

In a viral video shared by @ChukEric on X (formerly Twitter), the billboard featured a direct, polite message to the Mavin Records boss:

“Hello DON JAZZY, I sent a DM. I would appreciate if you could check it out. Thank you!”

To make the message impossible to miss, the man included his photo alongside Don Jazzy’s and added his social media handle, ensuring the music mogul could easily find him online.

Social Media Reacts

The stunt quickly went viral, sparking mixed reactions across social media. Many Nigerians praised his confidence, creativity, and hunger for opportunity, noting it as a bold way to stand out in the highly competitive music industry. Others, however, felt he might have taken things a bit too far to gain attention.

Waiting for a Response

Don Jazzy, known for his generosity and support for emerging talents, has yet to respond to the billboard message. But whether or not he replies, the young man has certainly made himself impossible to ignore and has shown that creativity and determination know no limits.

See Video Below:

I just want the biggest name to check his DM; I'm not billing him. If I wan bill am, I nor go erect billboard for V.I. na 😄. Thank you for your concern! ✌🏾 https://t.co/0vFSZ7HQ1R
