
A Nigerian woman has gone viral after separating two carved wooden figures bound together with a red rope, revealing human names written on them.
The mysterious incident was shared in a TikTok video posted by @onyiba, where the lady can be seen handling the objects that were reportedly found floating in floodwater near her shop.
Discovery of the Wooden Images
In the clip, the woman explains that the two wooden carvings appeared to represent a man and a woman bound together, possibly symbolizing a spiritual or ritual connection.
Despite warnings from nearby onlookers—whose elderly voices can be heard in the background—the woman confidently decided to untie them.
“I go loose am, I swear. Anything wey sup, my papa dey for me,” she declared, expressing bold faith and assurance that she was protected.
Upon loosening the red rope, she revealed the names “Emeka” and “Beatrice” inscribed on the wooden figures.
