A man on X has sparked a conversation after questioning why women were the ones made to kneel in front of their husbands while they were being celebrated by the same husbands.
A video shared on the platform documented what happened at a church program.
During the program, wives were made to kneel in front of their sitting husbands while the husbands placed celebrated them.
This did not go down well with a male X user and he wrote: “You people that are supposedly being celebrated also knelt down happily, while the person that is celebrating you is sitting down? How cute.”
A female X user responded: “Someone said marriage is a humiliation ritual for women… I wanted to get angry at first but when I think am well well I just mute.”
